After displacement disrupted local markets, HAPEI partnered with the Kaduna State Ministry of Women Affairs to rebuild a women-led agricultural cooperative spanning six communities.
The project combined seed capital, vocational training, and joint infrastructure – shared irrigation, storage, and a table-banking savings group – designed so that economic interdependency across formerly divided communities becomes its own form of peacebuilding.
